Tao Gao
Managing Partner
Tao leverages a deep background in web consulting & development, multimedia production, project management and technology to set the strategic vision for Live2Create™. He is actively involved in client engagement and provides expert insights, as well as, hands-on development and quality oversight, helping to ensure the success of every client project.
Tao lives in the Irmo area with his beautiful wife Rachel and their lovable cat Sadie.
 David West
Creative Director | Partner
David will question, research, and seek to fully understand everything he can about your business, your customers, and your goals to better provide you with fresh perspectives and creative solutions. His professional experience has been cultivated through past work as a Project Manager in a corporate rebranding company, an Art Director in an ad agency, and as a Senior Designer in a corporate marketing department. A Magna Cum Laude graduate with a BFA from the University of North Florida, he is a lifelong student of art, design, and marketing philosophy.
David is also the President of About Face, a twelve-year-old Columbia, S.C. artists' group, affiliated with the Columbia Museum of Art. He lives in Cayce with his wife Taryn and their four cats. 
Shannon Staley
Business Development Director
Shannon cultivates new business relationships, assesses client needs, and ensures customer satisfication. She has more than 10 years of business development experience in technology, document management, and systems integration; and has worked with businesses ranging from Fortune 50 to sole proprietorships in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors.
Shannon has a master’s degree from the University of South Carolina and has completed post graduate program on Negotiation (PON) at the Harvard Law School. She lives in Columbia with her Boston Terrier, Blueberry.
Matthew Boehm
Senior Editor
Matt is a professional writer and communicator. Prior to joining Live2Create™, he worked in both private and public sectors as a content writer (Corporate Performance Systems, Inc.) and a teacher of language (University of Alabama, Bevill State Community College, and the University of South Carolina). Matt’s unique mixture of language expertise and business experience helps to ensure that our clients' messages are delivered to their target audiences with both style and clarity.
Matt lives with his lovely new wife Leslie in the Rosewood area of Columbia, South Carolina.
