How do you price your services?

Depending on the project, we have three pricing strategies: Hourly, Fixed Price, and Performance Based.

What will I get for my money?

Project deliverables are clearly stated in our proposals and service contracts.  You will have every file associated with your project. 

What is the upfront cost?

On a typical project, we require 50% of the total cost, because a customer who has invested some money remains more focused on the project's progress.  On large-scale projects, we accept a lesser percentage of total cost and incremental payments after the completion of each project milestone.

Who will update/maintain the site?

Unless you decide to go into a maintenance agreement with us, we will leave the maintenance to you.

Are there any hidden charges?

Absolutely nothing. Every detail is discussed in advance.  There will be no surprises from us. Since we don't advertise or solicit business, a happy client is our best and only salesperson.

Do we really need to sign a contract?

Yes. It is the only protection either party has.
